This could be good if scratch pulled it off right. I wouldn't want the scratch forums to be publicly advertised because that feels like the discuss tab, which is rejected. I don't think we should have the forums, is what I'm saying. I do think other than that, the suggestion should be added. I would presume this would be banner, rather than mail. I want to say that because griffpatch and maybe others have over 200k mail. It would be nice to tell scratchers to read a TOY, CG, PP, when they update.Nobody realy them however, becuase there too long. So telling scratchers that the TOS has been updated might not be useful. Still,there might be some legal issues if they don' bu tI don't know. So, my final opinion? I don't think this would affect much.

If you've got a question about Scratch, make your own topic in the ‘Questions About Scratch’ forum.

That said, what you've described is a bug that Scratch has at the moment, go here for steps on how work around it.

I agree

Too many people:
- Use loves, favourites and follows as currency (not allowed)
- Make projects where the entire purpose is to show their physical appearance, such as outfit reveals that show the user wearing it and have part of their face visible, hand reveals, hair reveals, etc
