My ethernet cable didn’t fit my laptop or my router.
I already have wifi on my laptop, but it wont connect to the proxy.

I have NEVER EVER heard of an ETHERNET cable that can't fit an ETHERNET port… PLEASE send an image of what port you are trying to plug it in to.

Try turning the part of the cable that goes in the port around.

I tried that, its in the correct way, it works, but it wont connect to the proxy
I tried chrome and internet explorer and it said “Couldn’t connect to proxy”
The etherent cable works, but it does not go in all of the way.

Sounds like a badly configured network tbh

Can you open Command Prompt and type in this command and post the result here?

Does the WiFi work on other devices you have?
