can you undelete accounts?
Ehh, if there's any place that can help, it would be Contact Us. There is no harm in asking. Who knows, they could say yes.Are you sure that they are okay with recovering accounts? They don't usually let people change usernames, let alone bring back deleted accounts, I bet it would have to be something serious contact us? Does that not work?

I'm not sure if they're looking for a “good reason” to do that, but certainly you would be better off by asking them nicely and stating why you need the account undeleted, rather than saying something like “apple” to fill in the text field. Just a tip!

no but try contact in around a year ago, I swapped accounts, I WAS @Amonguspro21 when I swapped, but I made the mistake of DELETING it, IDK how to get it back, and it wasn't 48 hours ago either, so can someone help undelete my account?https://scratch.mit.edu/contact-us/define undeleteadd []amonguspro21 to [undeleted scratch accounts]

can you undelete accounts?
The ST can undelete accounts, just note that:
- it's a one-time courtesy (because it's admittedly kind of annoying for us). If you're looking to un-delete an account to retrieve projects, then that's fine - but if all the projects are public, you can always remix or save the project files locally on your computer.
- We have a tendency to not grant it for users who account-jump frequently. We generally expect users to be dedicated to accounts they have created. If you have a lot of activity and projects on the account you have a chance, but if it's an empty account or some low-level account, you might not. *glares at the aesthetic and roleplay people who have hundreds of barely-used accounts*
- Un-deletion might be rejected if you have a recent bad notification history.
If you think have enough criterion and good recent history to justify un-deletion, you can try requesting it back.
Deletion, for some strange reason, are seen as account blocks internally, so you might be able to log into the account and see a ban page that will allow you to send an appeal for unblocking - if that doesn't work, then Contact Us is the way to go.

That's not intentional. My entire forum post got deleted thanks a scratch bug, minus the quote for some stupid reason. Sorry.
