I mean I've sent 6 appeals and it has been 2 months since I sent one. Is that normal? They usually respond within 1 week

I mean I've sent 6 appeals and it has been 2 months since I sent one. Is that normal? They usually respond within 1 weekDue to the COVID pandemic, we had about 6x more website activity, and with greater number of people came more bad apples, which means more blocks and more appeals as a result. The wait time (assuming you have received the bot's receipt message) will take several weeks. So, unfortunately, waiting months is kind of normal.
That said, if it was a shared account, it may have been overlooked on purpose since shared accounts are not eligible for appeal unless the appeal has some kind of proof that the block has been converted into a single-user account. If you haven't done so in earlier appeals, I would recommend submitting the appeal from the e-mail used to create the account.
