Why though? You can request stuff in the shops. If you made a new request topic and it hasn't been noticed, you can bump it. Your topic also needs to be eye-catching.

So actually the request forum, is for shops you're requesting them to buy your products,
or they're requesting you to make something for THEM!

I agree with you about new scratcher requests, but there is a forum for that too

Its literally called, <<New Scratchers>>
This is where New Scratchers (NS) will ask questions, ask for guides and request for help!

However NS always find it hard to come to forums as they have no idea what the forums are
and where to find it.

Besides ST (Scratch Team) will notice the actual requests.
