Not sure if this has already been said (I don't feel like reading 12 pages of discussion), but if someone adds a project to a studio, you can remove it if you made the project. Obviously, if your project is famous you can't do this because a lot of people will want to add your projects.

I'm not saying this shouldn't be added, but I'm not saying it should be either

Because I want it to be relevant and related studios instead of add everything studios with stupid gifs/

Honestly, I don’t get the whole ‘Oh no my project was added to a studio’ business. I mean, it really doesn’t affect you at all, you don’t get notified or anything. The least that’ll happen is that there will be a semi-hard to notice studio image in the corner. Overall, having your projects on a studio isn’t really bad at all. +0

Support! Idk if this has already been said, but it would also be helpful for studio curators. I curate an ‘Underrated Projects’ studio, and I understand some users find that term offensive or don't want their projects to be added to the studio, so I feel kinda awkward whenever I add a project to it. If people could turn adding to studios off, it would be a lot easier for curators to add stuff to their studios without accidentally offending/annoying anyone.

I don't really mind people adding my projects to “Add 34456 to the power of 7 projects here”, I do that sometimes to my projects too. Also, I believe this may also not comply with the Scratch project license, especially this part:

i even saw that my first remix on one of griffpatch's (sorry if i named someone) projects having more attention and people even add my project to spam/random studios, so i recommend the suggestion

You would be able to post a link to the project in the Comments section of the studio, but you wouldn't be able to add the project to the studio.

I have a warning in the notes of some of my projects saying “DO NOT ADD THIS TO UNRELATED STUDIOS!”
In case it wasn't obvious, that didn't work. One person even added my project into their studio again after I removed it!
Point is, this would make people like me happier. End of reply, have a nice day.

Here is my opinion:

i think this is a good idea. some people don't want their projects to be added to so many studios, especially without any warning. nothing in the community guidelines say that you can't have a say on what studio your projects are added to! while you can remove projects from studios if they're yours, it's still a hassle if it's been added to a lot. in addition, sometimes people remove their project from those types of studios, and then someone tries to add it again! i remember asking people to not add my projects to random studios however they do it anyway.

Here's the thing, not a lot of people want fame or attention. They make projects for fun, not for fame. For example, if I were to be featured or put on the front page, I would take down the project and reshare it to avoid all the fame and attention. Scratch isn't fun when you have to worry about fame.
