Hi all! I was wondering, how to make variables look different. I've seen it before but I can't figure it out if anyone knows how It would be nice if they could tell me

Double click the variable reporter or right click it and select an option

I know you can do that but some people can remove the background of the variable I think

theres 2 things i can think of that might be what you want
if you want the large readout, show the variable, right click it and choose large readout in the right click menu
or you might be looking for a text engine. if you only need to display numbers, i suggest this tutorial,
i don't fully agree with the approach in that tutorial but its good enough. if you also need to display letters then search for text engines in scratch's search bar.
you can also try to make your own text engine which will give you more control and might be better in some situations, but its probably better to use a pre made one
