How to use Github
How do I choose what programming language? Thats really what I'm not sure about, I know it supports what I need, Java and JS, but I've only figured out how to use it with Python by exporting it from a diffrent program.I think you should go with Python.
Python dosen't need to be compiled (i. e. you can experiment), it has a simple syntax, many libraries with pre-built tools (like GUI, trigonometry, HTTP or games) and many more.

Yes, and obviously you need to install a programming language and an IDEFor it to work best you should ideally install the git terminal client or the github app.Do you need to install stuff on your computer?Who wants to pay to code? Not meDoes Github require money? No but if you want to pay there is an upgraded licence with slightly better features.

nice post! But what does this site do, like what do you do in this site????It's what the scratch team and millions of other people use to manage their code. For example the Scratch Team uses github to manage the code for Scratch and the scratch website. But it's not like scratch code it's the code like this:

There are a lot of contributors to the scratch website, some of them are:

How to use Github
Nice introduction!
I think you have a typo in this sentence “ so write and simple program” - maybe it's “write a simple”?
Perhaps add some links to a few good beginning tutorials that may be out there, for people that want to learn more without getting swamped?
Fixed. We'll find those and add some tutorials later.
Heya like how to make a cool banned at the the end of my thing????

define WHAT IS GITHUB?!?
GitHub is a git repository hosting service founded in 2008 which allows users to work together to create source code repositories and indexes. It is the largest host of source code in the world with over 24 million users and 67 million different repositories. GitHub has been used for many video games, applications, and browser extensions. It is important for open source projects on Scratch because they all utilize GitHub. Scratch 3.0 and the Standalone web client for Scratch are also being developed on GitHub. You can see all of Scratch's GitHub projects in this post by Scratch Team member mewtaylor.
