I do support this, however, the whole email reason is invalid, since you have to enter an email to create a account (atleat you used to, havn't created any accounts in a while so im not sure)

Bump
Oh, Scratch Team, please implement this! There would be so much benefit to the community. Contact Us is encouraged, but for many reasons stated earlier on this topic, many people don't use it. This would make it much easier while not sacrificing any privacy!

What if someone was using their parents' work E-mail? They can't send messages to the Scratch Team like that.
What if they were using a school E-mail that blocked Scratch's E-mails and they didn't have a personal E-mail address?

We need this! No one should be deterred from contacting the Scratch Team because they use their parent's work E-mail.

That's only true in some cases, and isn't a valid reason to implement this. I'm talking about ones who use a parent's work E-mail.We need this! Oh right, right. But I'm kind of confused here. Can't the parent already access the work email? That's only true in some cases, and isn't a valid reason to implement this. I don't see how that's relevant. The point is not that it's a parent's E-mail, the point is that it is a work E-mail. You're not supposed to use those to message people outside of work.Oh right, right. But I'm kind of confused here. Anyways, this is getting a little bit off-topic. Let's let the folks give their reasons why this should be implemented.
