BiPolar VM(or just BiPolar) is a project that will contain two OS's packaged in one product.
The names of these two OS's are undecided currently but there code names are B_OS and P_OS,
these OS's will have there own unique features.
P_OS will be similar to Ubuntu(linux) and will aim to have simple modding compatibility to allow users to create there own apps(and possibly even features) to be used in there own mod of P_OS(not guaranteed to have modding capabilities since this was just an idea for a cool feature)
B_OS will be similar to windows with support for draggable app windows and it will have an app store.
