it has a face in the thumbnail

i remember it being prohibited in scratch, so why does this project have a face?!?!

I just looked through Scratch's Terms of Use, and nowhere does it say faces of the user are not allowed. I think it may be faces of OTHER people (without their permission) that you're thinking about?

Using your face in a project is allowed if it's not the main focus or has been distorted like griffpatch's PFP or his scanner project.

Face reveals aren't allowed but that doesn't include all uses of faces in projects.
