Recent problems with project saves

Hey folks - very sorry for all the confusion and lost time.

We think we have resolved the recent problems with project saves - both with sound files and just general edits. Please let us know by posting here if you are continuing to see them.

I just had a problem with saving. I was able to solve it by putting all the objects in the backpack and unpacking them in a new project. I was able to save the new project there.

Earlier today, I had a problem with saving. It must be that the projects take up too much storage, idk.

Hello, Paddle2See!

I was making a project called “Geo || A Platformer”, and a message appeared that the project did not save. For a second, I thought I was banned! But, I clicked ‘save’ again and it worked again

This was due to a CORS error; I was unable to interact with the Scratch assets.

I was making a music project, and when I tried to save, it didn't, Idk what was going on but I managed to save it by downloading the file.

Okay, for some reason, one week later, Scratch has been having the same issue with saving projects. The only kind of advice I can give you is, to try saving littler things while making a project. Do not do a whole lot of things and then save it because it will just say, “Sorry, we're having trouble saving your project”. That does not mean you cannot make big projects, it just means that right after you do something, save what you did. Sometimes when you import large sounds, It will still not save right after you import it, even though you imported it, then saved it. Saving small things like editing texts and/or sprites, will most likely work when you save.
