I would like to check… Did you actually fight Muffet, or did you take her down in one hit? Same for Toriel and Papyrus.Alright, thanks for the advice.Uhh, just a little warning:The Sans route, because it's a dilemma.Which run are you doing? I won't spoil any of it for you, but all you need to know is, your choices matter. Just started playing Undertale. I've already gotten up to the Muffet boss fight. So that's cool.
Either fight a skeleton who's hard to fight, or fight a flower that's absorbed every SOUL and become a creepy TV screen with… whatever.
Omega Flowey (neutral/first pacifist) took me a day to beat.
Sans (genocide, the route you're on) took me a year.
They're both /hard/, sure, but they're not on the same level.
(Sounds like you got past Undyne pretty quickly though, and she took me a couple months, so maybe you won't struggle too much with Sans, but he has a reputation for being stupidly hard and one of the main reasons people don't finish the genocide route.)
And yes, I did beat Undyne very quickly.

If you didn't take all of those bosses down in one hit… sorry, but you're not on genocide. I wouldn't recommend it for a first route anyways, so I think that's a good thing- you fought Undyne, who isn't very hard, and not Undyne the Undying (genocide version), who is the second or first hardest boss in the game, depending who you ask. You probably killed everyone you saw instead of farming to clear all areas- a common mistake when attempting genocide. I'd recommend you follow through with the route (unfortunately, you'll get a pretty depressing ending after killing so many monsters), then you can try pacifist or genocide when you reset. Either way, you'll fight Omega Flowey on this route and not on the following route, whether it's pacifist, neutral, or genocide. (Btw, if you spare Omega Flowey, he'll give you helpful advice on how to do different kinds of routes after the credits.)No, no. Then how do you take down these bosses in one hit on the Xbox version of UNDERTALE?If you didn't take all of those bosses down in one hit… sorry, but you're not on genocide. if you're on the genocide route, then you'll take them down in one hit automatically. like codeninja said, to get onto the genocide route you have to kill every monster in each area, which means running around and killing monsters until you get the “but nobody came” message. also, if you're on the genocide route then interacting with a SAVE point will give you a message in red text saying how many monsters there are leftThen how do you take down these bosses in one hit on the Xbox version of UNDERTALE?If you didn't take all of those bosses down in one hit… sorry, but you're not on genocide. If you kill every monster, a good way to track it is that when you open a save point, all it says is Determination. in red text.Thanks. -so much text-

It’s crazy to think that Muffet was a character created by a person who donated to the game before it was actually released.

Both, actually! So were Woshua and Glyde! It was a high reward tier on the Undertale Kickstarter. Muffet meshed the best with the game, though, making her an entire boss with a new SOUL color!I thought that was So Sorry. What is your favorite scene from Undertale? I'm curious on all of your guys answers.
Mine is Undyne's reaction to seeing the new friend Papyrus was talking about (aka the one who was battling Undyne, player or referring to Frisk) on her front door step. I started laughing seeing Undyne's expression.
My fav quote:
Papryus: SANS! IS THAT A HUMAN?! Sans: ..No that is a rock.

Also, I actually might have to reset my game because I'm still playing a Flawed Genocide route. (Saving Napstablook, but defeating everyone else.)

Yeah, the filter can't detect context, of course.
Also, is this meant to be on my profile?
