Ohhhh. When I read and re-read it, now I understand why the forever if block would be confusing!Yes, it was removed and rejected because it was too confusing for new users.

ScratchBux is like a currency in a game, but there is community guidelines that make a limit to how much ScratchBux you can make a person buy it with their ScratchBux, the only way to get ScratchBux is to be nice to other people, following the Scratch Community Guidelines, and answering people's questions, there is no Chatroom, but the suggestions are in the comments of the project.I'm still confused on how this would work. You should use Contact Us to ask about it — a Scratch Team member will be able to give you the best answer. I don't know if this will help, but you can read this forum post first if it answers your question: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/340012/
This thread is for discussing rejected suggestions — let's keep the thread on-topic. If you have other questions about this that you think I would be able to answer, feel free to ask on my profile.
On the topic of Scratch money, could Zro716's post about it be included on the main post? It offers a way more convincing argument than just a blanket statement of kids not understanding money.I have this very good post linked already in the description for digital currency (8.7). Since most of @Zro716's post is about digital currency that isn't real money, I'm not sure that this is the best post to supplement the description for money blocks.
#ConsiderCollabs seems to be rejected as cheddargirl recently closed it. It was mentioned in the OP there could be an option to view unshared projects which would be toggleable by the creator. Was cheddargirl rejecting all projects being able to be seen only or that and the option? Because the option seems like a reasonable compromise.I am under the impression that any option/ability to view other Scratchers' unshared projects, without those projects actually being shared on the Scratch website, would be rejected. I think the Scratch Team would believe the following: “If you want your project to be seen by others, then share your project on the Scratch website.” For the sake of moderation difficulty, privacy concerns, etc., the Scratch Team probably does not want anybody to see other users' unshared projects. See also @Paddle2See's quote:
Any further suggestions about collaboration should take it as a given that unshared projects will no longer be viewable by others. Bear in mind that collaboration existed prior to third-party viewers and it can certainly continue after they are blocked from viewing unshared projects.

Two notes:
(1) @Paddle2See recently mentioned on my profile that a “pi reporter block” is not rejected, despite his post here, saying:
(2) Based on @cheddargirl's post and @Paddle2See's post about the recent “Consider Collabs” suggestions, they are making it pretty clear that the infamous “unshared projects bug” will be fixed at some point and not reconsidered. Therefore, in light of the recent controversy surrounding this suggestion, I would like to add something along the lines of “Ability to view other Scratchers' unshared projects” to the rejected suggestions list. However, it doesn't make sense to add it now, since it is still possible to view unshared projects. Please remind me here to add it to the list when the bug finally does get fixed.

Hey Zach! How are things? AFAIK, a pi reporter has not been rejected. Personally, I would love to see some built-in constants.I replied with the aforementioned post and speculated the thread was closed for a different reason, and got no response. I'm not sure which is correct, but I'm inclined to believe the more recent comment (i.e. a “pi reporter block” is no longer rejected). This was once on the list, but it has since been removed, I think because it was not suggested often. So, no problem there — but just in case you stumble upon another “pi reporter block” suggestion, I believe you can assume that it truly is not rejected.

4.1 Disable “See Inside”Sometimes the “see inside” button can be abused, for example, in my game, I have an work-in-progress extra that is still only avaliable for me and my friend. Someone could just see inside the project and give him the permission to play it, and if I don't want anyone to play it, this is gonna become an problem. Imagine someone working on an update for an project, give only certain people to see it and an random Professional Scratcher just sees inside the projects and leakes all-
Some users want an option to prevent Scratchers from looking inside their project and using their artwork, scripts, or sounds. However, the core ideas of Scratch are "Imagine, Program, Share." By sharing a project on the Scratch website, you are allowing others to see the code and potentially remix or reuse the data inside, as long as they give credit. That being said, please use the Report button on any project that uses content from another Scratcher without giving credit to them. If you do not want other users to see inside your project, then do not share your project on the Scratch website.

I know I do not have the permission to do any of this, but maybe you could at the ability to let some of the users not be able to see it

8.2 Add a rank above Scratcher or allow users to skip the New Scratcher status
There are three ranks: New Scratcher, Scratcher, and Scratch Team. The only reason the New Scratcher rank exists is to prevent spam, and since it only takes a few weeks to become a Scratcher, bullying and separation are rather minimal. Similarly, the Scratch Team rank exists so users know who is on the Scratch Team; generally, Scratch Team members do not brag about the Scratch Team rank. In contrast, there may be division in the community between Scratchers and those with a higher rank, which could also lead to bragging and bullying. This also includes a “verified Scratcher” status where well-known Scratchers get a special symbol next to their name.
Although the restrictions for New Scratchers may seem annoying, they are extremely effective against spam and inappropriate content. For New Scratchers who are wondering how to become a Scratcher or what it means to be one, check out this post The Scratch Team will not allow any accounts to “skip” the New Scratcher status, even if it is an alternate account of an existing account.
Why doesn't @griffpatch or any other famous scratchers get a special symbol next to their name?

TurboWarp is a Scratch mod that compiles projects to JavaScript to make them run really fast. The bug was never meant to be a feature and the privacy concerns are too high for it to become a feature.
As k0d3rrr mentioned, unshared projects exist so that others cannot see them.

Reject or solution! It's a solution, the reason the broadcast boolean block was rejected was because no one had one idea of how it would work, multiple people had different ideas (some more complex then others), this post is giving a clear explanation on how this block could work in a concise way.

Reject or solution!Probably still rejected. The problem is not that the ST doesn't know how it should work, it's that people who try to use the block won't understand how it works.

Reject or solution!I could see it either way. I agree with @Maximouse — while I do think it's a solution, the main downfall is that the name of the block itself is not clear. You could report it to get a moderator's input on it, perhaps.
