Is Google Forms allowed on Scratch? I think this will be mainly useful for polls.

Keep in mind that it will have a warning that says “Never use your real name, as well as the other personal information here, like addresses, credit cards, etc.”. Kinda dumb question, but well.

Yeah, On Google forms you can potentially collect personal information or give out inappropriate questions. So it isn't allowed.

It might also be due to the fact that the scratch team can’t moderate it, so as previously said you could ask / put ANYTHING on it including videos and pictures and the scratch team can’t do anything.

Keep in mind that if you have already linked to Google Forms, it's best to remove those links.

Google forms allows for sharing of passwords, personal information, and other sensitive data. For this reason, it is not allowed to be shared on Scratch.
As stated above, if you already linked to a google form in one of your projects, it is best to get rid of these links before someone reports you.

Actually, I never linked the project to Google Forms, because it can be considered as “collecting private information on Scratch”.

that's incorrect it clearly states at the bottom of the page “never put passwords into google forms”

While Google Forms may discourage users from entering passwords, it is still possible, so someone could tell a Scratcher to ignore the warning and end up gaining access to their account, or a Scratcher may not see the warning and then enter their password.

Not necessarily. It could be worded differently depending on the moderator but it will very likely say something that has a similar definition.
