Zetta is a metric prefix of 10 that sounds like a cool name for a mascot

Also just to let you know this will not replace scratch cat it will be one of the other mascots like pico and nano

It seems like it's already taken by a watch maker. As we know from events that have happened before, companies don't generally take to kindly to the ST using a name that they've used.

I tried to not get banned by the st by describing or saying what the word is

I don't see a need for a change in mascot… Scratchcat is a relatively familiar character and I think a change would likely confuse new Scratchers. We don't need to rebrand for the sake of rebranding.

Also, I can find the name registered with with the UK copyright office for capabilities including those of Scratch (in association with video games and game-making, one registered for computer programming, and others with general online services).

What colour should Zetta be?
Since mascots should have vibrant colours.

Zetta is a cool name but I don’t think Scratch Cat should be replaced

But I do think it’d be a good idea to add a new mascot soon, due to 3.0. I’m voting for a Scratch Dog myself, it seems like a fitting April Fools’ thing.

I feel like the title is a bit misleading. It says to make Zetta the new mascot, but the actual suggestion says to make them one of the mascots.

Also, considering what happened to that one Pac-Man project that got taken down by Namco, No Support.

Still, if it’s even possible scratch could face legal issues, this wouldn’t be implemented. Plus, I’m sure that’s what the person who shared the Pac-Man project thought too.
