About Us
Hey! Welcome to Hank's Handy Store! Where Hank(or others) Will create whatever you need! From game mechanics to pixel art! Hank's team can do it! Sadly, Hank's team are all humans, so they need to sleep. We have hours that we're up and accepting orders, you can still enter orders, but we won't start/finish them out of hours. If you need to, you may see below, if your time zone is not on the list, please ask and we'll add it as soon as we can! But Hank needs help, help hank by applying for the shop!

How it works:
Please enter your order in our shop, then, once we reply, we'll give you an order number, you can use that order number to configure your order. Once we are done, we will contact you with your item.


Our times:
CST- 11am-6pm
EST-12pm-7pm
PST-9am-4pm

Again, if your timezone is not listed here, ask for it to be added, please.

Rules
Customers:
If you want to use our items in your projects/profile, you're gonna need to follow our rules, or else…
-Always credit the person who helped you, whether in your projects or profile.
-In your form, use the word “Auditor”
-If the person who made your item did something wrong, be honest and tell them what's wrong
-Don't get mad at the person making the item if they have to delay an item for a few extra days.

Employees
-Try your best to accept all orders in your category
-Please, make sure to follow the forms, or else you won't be updated on orders!
-Use the code “Grunt” In your form
-Treat all customers with respect
-If you need to ask/tell something to the whole group, Use the word ANNOUNCEMENT. In all caps, bold, and big text.
-Feel free to delay an order if you need more time to work on it.
-For the order number, it needs to be a mix of numbers, lowercase letters, uppercase letters, and at least 12 characters, us a password generator if you can.
