In that case remove all the other ones that aren't final bosses.

Oh snap, I forgot the final boss from Kirby's Return to Dreamland. I won't spoil what it is, but it is amazing in aesthetics, music and most importantly: gameplay.

Oh my gosh, you're now my clone. Although, I would replace Dr. M with the final boss of Sly 2.

after playing sticker star i would have to say 10: Super sticker bowser

At least SOMEONE has some sense and includes Cortex.

I'm not sure if this one is well known around here, but I like the battle against Lord Harkon in the Dawnguard DLC for Skyrim.

Other than that, I really like Primal Dialga from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky.
