Rules

Everyone
✦ We can reject orders if ordered in a rude way.
✦ We can reject orders if not ordering using correct forms.
✦ The owner has the right to change the shop name, forms, rules, etc.

Customers
✦ Please be soft with your words.
✦ The least deadline you can give is of 4 days when ordering.
✦ Please first try to consult with the person who did your order to make any changes to the product you ordered rather than giving a bad review straight away.

Staff
✦ Please be soft with your words when replying to the customer.
✦ When you finish an order go the resources section, copy the staff resource that fits your needs and use it for replying to the customer.
✦ Always try to consult with the customer to make sure the product is to their satisfaction.
✦ When doing an order, quote the customer's order form and say accepted/taken.

Partners
✦ We will only take 2 orders per week from each partner shop.
✦ We will try to only give 3 orders per week to partner shops.
