I saw in the Terms of Use that you can't use modified versions of Scratch to make projects and share them:

Does this mean we can't use things like TurboWarp to make and share projects? I feel like a lot of people (including me) do this. Is it enforced at all and could there be punishments?

It's not as enforced as the other rules, but yes, you can't use TurboWarp to make and share projects. Also, you technically can't upload projects made with the 3.0 or 2.0 offline editor, since the source code described in Section 5.3 shows the source code for Scratch 1.4. However I doubt the ST takes action against projects made with the 3.0/2.0 offline editors.

I don’t even think that they can really tell as far as I can see, but even if they do I’ve never heard a case of this happening.

I think there are exceptions for sharing projects made using the 2.0 Offline Editor. (An example is sharing projects made with obsolete blocks.)

I saw an Osu! Scratch game where you had to go to TurboWrap to make custom songs, would that be reportable?

If using turbowarp to make projects and publish them on scratch is, then I’d think it is; but unless you have an very strong computer you can’t really use it on the scratch website; and it’s made to be used on turbowarp; so technically, it never tells you to go on scratch in the first place, which makes me wonder if it is bannable?

Basically, you’re not meant to use the project on scratch even though it was published there, so I’m not sure if it’s bannable to use the level maker.
