ゆくものボイスはscratchじょうで使っちゃだめと聞いているのですが、使って良いのでしょうか？
（使っている人とだめと言っている人がいるので）

おそらくですが、このトピックは海外から移動されているように見えます(仮説でしかないですが)
というか12時間前にこのトピックは日本語フォーラムになかったのでそういうことではないでしょうか
そしてゆくも!はライセンスを購入すれば使用可能です。

You don’t necessarily need to move Japanese speakers to the Japanese forums. After all, there are less forum helpers there and they will be less likely to receive an answer to their question.

Also, note that this is in English because I’m replying to you.

I'm sorry if it was my misreading.
I regarded "there“ in ”there are less forum helpers“ was ”the Japanese forum“, because you didn't recommend moving it to a Japanese forum.
There are many forum helpers in the Japanese forum.

”ゆくも" is a Text to Speech service.
