I saw these before but I don't know what does that means. I though it's just a masterpiece of drawing but is it more than that? I'm confused

Unrelated, but be advised that anything shared on scratch (includes art dumps) is under its same licensing so anyone can use their art if they credit and change the artwork in some way.
