The location is not given, and it says it was created 22 years ago.. the scratch website didn’t exist then?

I’m guessing this is an old test/ admin account, but I’m not sure if there’s anything about him

Something else strange: went I went to his profile, his comments never loaded…

GDPR means General Data Protection Regulation, it is probably an account that wanted to hide all the information from it so someone changed everything of the account: username, registration date, location… i think so.

GDPR accounts were accounts that had their data deleted (this includes username, join date, location, projects, loves and faves, sometimes profile picture and forum posts, and more).

Maybe it's a glitch or something, I don't think Scratch was even an idea in 2000 (that was 22 years and 4 months ago)

According to the Scratch Wiki, it is set at January 1st, 2000 to hide their real join date.

This was designed to comply with some European protection thing or whatever.

Wrong! It was actually a user who lived in the EU, and exercised their “Right to be Forgotten” (given under the GDPR law), so the Scratch Team wiped their projects, pfp, posts and reset their join date to 1/1/2000 (source). The oldest (still existing) Scratch account is actually andresmh.
