kaj was a user that wanted to be famous. To try and do this, he threatened people, saying he would hack them. The ST eventually banned him for spreading misinformation, but he is still very famous here.

Kaj is a Scratcher who joined in 2008. They posted projects threatening to destroy Scratch since they didn't have enough attention. They were banned by the Scratch Team; but some Scratchers troll others by putting edited by kaj notes and fake impersonator accounts (that isn't allowed) (https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Kaj)

If ur talking bout his scratch in the switch, it’s homebrewed (don’t homebrew a switch unless u got a backup usb/sd and a second switch if it goes wrong)

You should Homebrew your Switch, but you need to be very careful, because you have to physically use a paperclip to bridge the connection in the joycon rail or something (activate the real home button), not just drag and drop files like with a wii or a 3ds. And you can get banned (but of course there are ways to get out of it). I'm not an expert on switch homebrew (because i dont have one anymore), but if you want to learn more go to https://switch.homebrew.guide/

Also, i tried looking up scratch for switch, but i dont get anything.
