In 1.4 it was possible to add comments and stick them to scripts (right-click scripting area and click ‘add comment’). All of these comments when viewed using See Inside in 2.0 appear as a dark red block that says ‘scratchComment’. (Or ScratchComment, I can't remember which).

That's because comments haven't been implemented yet, and that's what shows in the meantime.
