No, because they don't listen to petitions for these types of things. They rather take action to do what is best for the website. It looked like battle bound broke was “too violent” so they took it down.

Scratch has… questionable rules. But rules are rules, so they must have done it for a good reason.

Is this a project here on Scratch? If so, it is up to the creator of the project whether the project gets put back up or not. The Scratch Team might not have taken the project down- the creator might have taken it down themselves. Or, if the project was false reported, the creator should use contact us to talk to the Scratch Team about this matter. However, even if the Scratch Team did take it down due to it being inappropriate or something of the sorts, it is up to the creator to edit the project to make it fit for Scratch.
So, basically, you can't just go up to the Scratch Team and say “I want this project back up put it back please.” The creator of the project needs to handle the situation themselves, and there's unfortunately not much you can do to help.
