Would my game be allowed to be shared?

I already asked a question about the limitations of horror games on Scratch, but now I want to ask a more specific question.
I am making a 3D maze game based off of the Backrooms. There will be “entities”, which are really just a quick drawing I did in the sprite editor of a humanoid figure that is completely black. There will also be multiple levels, and some of them will be super dark.
Would this idea get deleted or rated NFE on its own?
I also want to make the “entity” have glowing white eyes, and I want it to only be found after turning corners, but no (intentional) jumpscares unless you count that.
I also want to make footstep sound effects when you get near the entity, and make it start chasing you then.
The screen goes black and you lose if an entity catches you.
Some levels will have the “entities” be faster than running speed, others slower than running speed.
Would the other ideas get deleted or NFE?

Are there any loud noises that might scare young kids?
And how creepy does the black entity look?
Does the project follow the CGs and ToU?

If there aren't jumpscares, then that's good…
If it is just a black screen when the entity catches you, then it's not bad…

I would say it's good, just don't have scary elements in your game. What you described sounds fine, but others could disagree

This is impossible to determine without seeing the finished project. If you're unsure, you can use Contact Us to ask the Scratch Team about whether or not such a project would be appropriate for the Scratch website.
