I also had the same problem. I just thought that someone is hacking me at first, but now I knew it was a bug or glitch.

This hasn't happened to me either. Can you provide a link to the project? The ST might have fixed it by now.

This happened to a game i was gonna publish around 2 weeks ago, I didn't know forums existed until today, also, I believe this was scratches anti-hack or whatever they call it, trying to find the guy/girl who went around and deleted like some hundred-thousand projects, he got banned, but only after scratch lost about 100-200 thousand project. If your game had question marks, my belief is it was scratch trying to recover your projects, but it failing from an active update during that time. Now, this could ALL be incorrect, everything I just said, but I do have very high belief’s, considering thats what was being said by a ST member. Thanks!

You shouldn't be renaming a vector image to a bitmap one, or else it will break the image. You should be converting one to the other, as they work completely differently.
