It won't contain blood or gore. But of course, it is a FNaF fan game so it will be a little scary. Is it going to be banned if I have a warning at the beggining? Thanks in advance

Warnings aren't allowed (unless it's like a seizure warning). However, if a 6-year old could handle your project then it may be allowed.

My answer is: No.
I have experienced this myself.
I once shared a project on Scratch, which was a FNAF-style project.
But, after I saw an announcement saying these types of projects aren't allowed (an exception is FNAF dress-up games for some reason), I immediately unshared it.
If you have shared a FNaF fan game on Scratch, it might have been labelled NFE, which is short for “Not For Everyone”, meaning it won't appear on the front page or in Search.

five nights at freddy's was banned from the scratch website but here is still how you can make one so do not call the game five nights at freddy's just call it anything like five nights at wendys but do not use assets from the game just add your own assets

you definitely won't get banned
there are a LOT of fnaf fangames on scratch
you should definitely add a setting for turning jumpscares on and off, just to be safe.

I’ve also seen inappropriate posts on this platform, but they’re disallowed as well.

It is important to know that putting a warning does not determine whether a project will be given a moderation action or not. My suggestion is to make sure that your project isn't scary in the first place.

what if i use similar characters but not exact like a blue guy or a small ghost and one of them has red eyes

or a kid in a scratch cat mask

or a fnaf/exe (without blood) scratch cat animatronic
