Many people are using a font that when I click inside says ‘scratch’ but I can't find it. Can anyone tell me how to do it - or, do you hack to get it?
maybe you have to be a scratcher to use it, idk, I am a scratcher already in case you're wondering.

define Make New Font - (Scratch)

You need to use a site outside of scratch. Use something like sketchpad or inkscape, and then choose your font. You export it as an SVG (scalable vector vile) and then import it into scratch.

You can search up “scratch font” and you will get lots of results. You can backpack the costumes.
