» Customer Terms «

» You cannot complain if your order is late if the deadline has not yet been reached
» You cannot request a service we do not offer. We only offer Thumbnails, Banners, Profile Pictures and Image Hosting.
» You must follow the rules.
» You must fill in the order form to order something from this shop.
» You must give credit to the person who made it, and Railway Designs. The exception is for Profile Banners, Image Hosting and Profile Pictures. For Profile Banners and Profile Pictures, you only need to credit the person who took your order, and for image hosting no credit is required.
» We reserve the right to deny you services at any point.
» You cannot request a staff member that is on leave to do your order.

» Staff Terms «

» Please act professionally at all times!
» You cannot request a service we do not offer. We only offer Thumbnails, Banners, Profile Pictures and Image Hosting.
» Leave can be for a maximum for 6 weeks, and you must have a 2 week gap between requesting leave. If you go inactive due to unforeseen circumstance and get a strike, you're allowed to request the strike be taken off, with a valid reason
» You can't request a BoD role. You may put yourself forward for voting though.
» Do all work to the best of your ability.
» Only take orders you can manage, and no more than three claimed orders at a time per person
» Complete orders as quickly as possible!
» Say “Taken!” when taking an order, and notify the customer where they'd like to be notified.

Deputy Managers » Two deputy managers step in for the Manager when they are on leave, can do anything but change the Board of Directors. Open, by election only
Human Resources Managers » Two HR Managers host activity checks every two weeks (please decide who is doing this between yourselves!), breaks up arguments between staff. Can hire and fire. Open, by election only
Assistant HR Managers » Two Assistant HR Managers step in for a HR manager on leave, has all the jobs of the HR Manager. Can hire and fire. Open, by election only.
Secretaries » Two secretaries keep track of the orders by reposting a moving Orders Centre every week. (Please decide this between yourselves) Cannot hire or fire. Open, by election only
Assistant Secretaries » Two assistant secretaries help the secretaries keep track and steps in when one is away. Cannot hire or fire. Open, by election only
Public Relations Officers » Two PR Officers sort out partnerships and federations, (with the approval of the President or vice president) and deal with unsatisfactory customers. Cannot hire or fire. Open, by election only.
Assistant PR Officers » Two assistants help the PR Officers, cannot hire or fire, steps in for the PR officers when they're on leave. Open, by election only
