I need ideas for my survival game! I've thought up of the core mechanics, like inventory, crafting, items, trees, ores, animals, and armor, but I need ideas for the game objective/storyline. Nothing much, as this is a survival game, not RPG, so I want something that doesn't dominate the game. Also something kinda realistic. Any ideas? Please?

How did it all come to be? How did you end up here?
Were you the “only survivor” of a “normal” helicopter crash that was flying over a uncharted “forest”?
So the objective could be to get to the destination the helicopter was heading to (maybe you'll need to
build a makeshift helicopter)?
To find out why the helicopter crashed (you didn't see how it crashed)?
To figure out what really happened (memory loss from the crash)?
etc

how about thinking what animals are useful? like cows and hens for food, sheep for wool, horse for leather or getting to places fast, and fish and some insects, and dogs and cats for pets? And for health set it to 100.

Add lions that try to attack you, they can stand as obstacles in the game
