What do you mean by “smoothly”? Something like this: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/670673226/ ?

Although very lengthy, you can make a smoother animation by making multiple costumes while making minor changes until the animation is complete.
Another method for making a smooth animation is by using advanced mathematics (trigonometry), but that would mean making separate sprites for parts of the sprite to animate.
You could also try taking inspiration from a project (see above), or from a movie or a cartoon or anything you saw once and try to animate it smoothly.

yes its like that thingOk, you could use a timer thing and use some trig. functions, and you could create “sine wave-y” movement. My project's see inside has lots of scripts (some of them are made by the original project so please also credit the creator)
