New Art Tools
I had this idea while making my “Toa Tahu, Master of Fire” drawing. In the vector settings, using the select tool will allow you to highlight any shape within the area you select, and in bitmap, you can select small portions of what you've drawn, without having to select the entire shape. My proposition is that both of these styles be brought to vector, so you can either select a full drawn shape, or select a small region (without selecting the entire shape). This would allow artists to not have to painstakingly use the eraser to remove small errors while shaping polygons.
I'm sorry if this isn't very clear, and I also apologize if this has already been proposed and/or rejected.

If you are suggesting an ellipse selection tool (mostly suggesting bitmap, but others have suggested it for vector), that is being suggested right here: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/517735/
Else, if you are suggesting a free-form selection tool, that is (probably) being suggested here: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/413503/
Also, even if the topic is old and hasn't been posted on, it is still a duplicate (meaning it has already been suggested before), but be careful when posting on really really old topics, as that may be seen as a necropost.

necroposting is when someone posts either something unconstructive like “I love puppies” or “Hey can you fix my project it's not working properly” or spams random text or Scratchblocks on a topic where the previous post was made one or more months ago.For those who don't know what I mean,
