There is still a big problem with this block:

<likeness of (remix number (i) ::sensing) to (this project ::sensing) < (50) :: sensing>

How does a computer determine the “likeness” of one project to another? That one of the things which is easy for a human to do but hard for a computer.

Also, I think that if the “___ changes made by @{remixer}” is added, it should be invisible to the person remixing the project. This way, they don't see the number and purposely add random changes to increase it, then erase those changes afterwards.
Good idea, I should make a suggestion about it!

Anyways, no support, the only person who should unshare any projects should be ST.

Someone could delete every single remix of their project
I'm sorry, but I don't follow. What do you mean?
When they got the message that someone remixed their project, they could go to the project and just delete it (if this feature was added, of course). If you STILL don't follow, read the OP again.

While I think that this is a nice idea, if someone got the “You must make changes before sharing this remix", they could literally make the tiniest, tiniest change, just so it wouldn't count as a copy. I think this could make the original creator unhappy, since it is technically a copy, but has a change that makes it not a copy.

Remember though, if someone did an EXACT copy of your project, you can report it.
No support for this reason

Full support, although people might say they can just add a dot or something like that, it's still a good thing to have. Most thieves have little to no knowledge about programming. It makes a major difference even if this feature can only stop 1% people from stealing projects. The only negative drawbacks of this feature I can think of is maybe a few extra lines of code for Scratch Team and a few more bytes of data to load, but the positive is that it can stop countless creators from getting countless hours of headaches because some random thief stole their project, which, in my opinion, is totally worth it.

*bump because of a duplicate and yet this topic hasn't been posted on yet*
This is a great idea. This would help make the Scratch Community happier, because of the controversy surrounding unchanged remixes.

A small notice everytime you remix would be fine in my opinion, it would at least let the “unchanged remixer” know what they're doing. For me this is quite the issue, since my 3D project has 2 exact remix copies.

So scratch detects changes cause when you do a change they have save now button showing so can't they just change that system a bit for the use of anti exact remix?
