Support.
MS Paint has a tool to enter RGB or HSL values, as does Inkscape.
Inkscape also has a spot to enter Hex codes as you suggested

Hi is this discussion still opened? I just wanted to say I support this idea! Scratch really needs more color choices

This would be useful, since Scratch's color editor is kind of trash.

This would be useful, since Scratch's color editor is kind of trash.I agree. It's very annoying having to upload a screenshot of an image only to get its colour that way!
