Go To Layer (Ehh I dunno how many supporters --- a lot)

with multiple sprites/clones, because which one would go first? You can add a delay to before they go back, but with clones, that can be difficult to do. This would be really useful.

so true. I have a project that generates the background from a configurable number of tiles, each being a sprite. If you put a figure, that is another sprite, into the scene you want to be it on top of the upper part of the scene, but below the sprites below (which appear closer). After adding several other sprites it becomes practically impossible to find the right number for going back n layers. I haven't ever tried 6.53654265462474 though ;-)

Yes, they should be added.

But I honestly am never going to find a good reason to use them so why am I doing this?

That comment was 5 days after the previous comment, which does not make it a necropost*. Unless I'm confused. Or unless the rules have changed.
*For those who do not know what a ‘necropost’ is, it is an unconstructive post made on a topic that has been “dead” or inactive for one or more months.

I've made that mistake before. It's okay.
