Rhythm game?
So I wanna make a rhythm game, but im not 100 percent sure on how to do it. I would assume that it would be something along the lines of: when the project starts the note moves down until one of the keybinds are pressed, and if one is pressed before the hitbox, then you would lose points and it would count as a miss. But if you hit it on different parts of the hitbox then you would get more points for what part you hit. Im also worried about mapping, if somebody out here has a mapping tool that is open source i will gladly use it and give credit. Also this is not going to be an fnf clone, it’s gonna be more like quaver of osu mania.
The reason i didnt use the block tool in this because i am using the mobile version and cannot access the blocks.

https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/81841536/ - A DDR rhythm game
https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/100052162/ - An osu! game, in case you're not interested in making a DDR-type game

Hey thanks for your help! Sorry i'm really late to this… but if your not busy and know how to make music, code a rhythm game, or make rather intense art on backgrounds you see in most rhythm games, mind helping me out? links in my signature.

Now you don't have to do any work.
