Hey everyone! So instead of making a forum topic for every single movie in the Star Wars “sequel” trilogy, why not make one? I'm currently updating this topic, so please stay active!

Please feel free to share any thoughts on basically anything Star Wars. (although this topic is focused on the sequel trilogy, we allow almost anything Star Wars) Try to keep this Star Wars community as positive and welcoming as possible

My favorite thing is that they're trying to stay away from computer animation!

@Mrmobius I really don't think that Jar Jar Binks will be in it, I mean he could be, but probably not!
My bro, said that it would be awesome, if he was in the opening scene, and his head gets shot off, or something like that That's the kind of Jar Jar appearance I wouldn't mind
After seeing the teaser trailer i'm not too worried anymore! Even though it didn't reveal much. I think that J.J. Abrams should do a decent job!
It'll just be nice too see all the original characters back together!

i dont think jar jar would be in it(though i would enjoy his head getting shot off) i do really hope they will create a movie that will suck us in to (that movie's) story line as all the others did

Some of the characters names have been announced!
Soccer-ball droid - BB-8
Black storm-trooper - Finn
X-Wing pilot - Poe Dameron
Sith - Kylo Ren (He's a guy…so i'm sad now )
Person riding the speeder - Rey (No last name announced, so i'm even more positive that she's a Solo)

Also, now they have official trading cards for:
~BB-8 on the move
~Finn
~Poe Dameron
~Kylo Ren, with his lightsaber ignited
~Rey, on her speeder
~Storm-troopers preparing for battle
~X-Wings in formation
~Millennium Falcon ()

I'm pretty exited although the trailer wasn't really anything new, apart from ball-D2 and that triple lightsaber. This is probably my third 2015 movie that I'm looking forward to, after Avengers:AOU and Jurassic World.

It was pretty new to me, seeings as I didn't read any spoilers. There aren't many spoilers to read though, just rumors. I'm really impressed with how well J.J. Abrams has been keeping everything concealed

I didn't read any spoilers either, I meant that most of the scenes in the trailer are very close to scenes in the other 6 movies.

I'm not worried about Star Wars VII. I think that J.J. Abrams will do a pretty good job.

i'm really not sure how good it's gonna be though, we're just gonna have to wait and see
