On the ScratchWiki the ScratchBlocks are 3.0, are frequently updated, have more customization's and more so I suggest to replace the current one with the new one. I know that the Scratch Team deprecated the forums but this could be the start of moving the forums to a new level. 3.0 Level.

If the scratch wiki uses as different backend to the main site, then it could be difficult to fully transfer the wiki system to the forum system. I would, however, love to see this on the site.

It's similar in the sense that they both suggest making the forum Scratchblocks look like Scratch 3.0 blocks.

I don't think its a Dupe. This involves the Wiki Plugin which is actively maintained and has even more features like ::cat

How should that work? I don't think that wiki plugins are compatible with forum plugins. It would be easier to create the current Plugin but with 3.0 style.

The Wiki plugin is just an integration of an external library with MediaWiki. The library could pretty easily be repurposed to add to DjangoBB (or anything else).
