Panther Download
I think this link is breaking but anyway i clicked the download button from the website and it worked. https://veryrandomuploads.weebly.com/http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Panther_(Scratch_Modification) — wikiWell, the website download used to work but now it just gives an error.

Also, I don't think the development of Panther is permanently abandoned, I just think most of the people working on it are on vacation, lost interest, or something else.
