You can use the “stop other scripts in sprite” block for that. But this stops all other scripts in the sprite (like the name suggests).

I was inspired by the basis of titles from how-to videos, where the title doesn't necessarily need a question mark
e.g.
“How to teach Scratch to your cat”
or
“How to prank griffpatch on April Fools' Day the fair way - though it will ending up break the servers”
