if that's true the site is VERY badly designed.

Many schools use this cool thing named ANCIENT WEBSITES that are so badly designed the answers are hidden in the page source.

This could also be because the child can abuse the content modifying feature to make their parents think they got an A+:

Does https://mirror.turbowarp.xyz still work for you? There's been many cases where that still works even though the regular TurboWarp site doesn't.
Also I'm surprised they havent blocked the scratch forums for being a chatting site
