when cloud lists come out, i think there will be a lot of people maknig chat rooms. and - a big problem is bad word censoring. reporting cloud data could work (if it even gets implemented), but i think that we should have a block that filters out bad words. it could be a variable that has a box for a string, but the variable returns a string without bad words.

I think that filtering out bad words by default (without the use of a block) should be in place. Inappropriate language should not be allowed at all in CVs.

I don't think they will allow chat rooms. Plus, personally, I don't want Scratch turning into a bunch of chat rooms. Scratch is a website where you learn to program, not talk about whatever. We have our couple of forums for things outside of Scratch, and that's enough, and I'm getting off topic. I think they're working on a censor

Why do you think cloud strings and lists are taking so long? The Team is working on a censor and updaterate, not twiddling their thumbs.
