Epileptic warnings
1. That statement I had made was an earlier version of my post. The full version of that post can be found here, but my actual post after realising what this suggestion is all about can be found hereHow is a permanent ban light? What else do you do? Throw them in prison? Execute them? That's quite light if you ask meWould the creator of the game:A. Yes
A) Receive an alert for a ‘false epileptic warning’?
B) Receive a ban for one week?
C) Receive a permanent ban?
B. No
C. No
Also if a project is intentionally designed to harm epileptic people the owner might be permanently banned
In the U.S attempted murder is 10-15 years in prison. You could consider intentionally flashing lights to harm epileptic people attempted murder. So yes, let’s drive to their shack in the middle of the forest somewhere and throw em in jail.
Edit: Also support.
2. That is kinda off-topic. This isn't talking about murder, this is talking about the consequences of false warnings.
3. Let me say this in Scratchblocks:
when someone uses the support convention:: events hatEdit: Every time I post something, it literally appears on the next page. And this is it. Post #81.

Sorry, you have to wait 60 seconds between postsI added all the stuffs like extra rules and an “I'm epileptic” option and made the epileptic warning compulsory for projects with flashing light, that one is just an option to add an epileptic warning. That makes sense.I was just wondering if this is a possible duplicate? https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/574336/Mine is way more in-depth and more detailed.

They said yes to a simple warning. Is that not light? How is a permanent ban light? What else do you do? Throw them in prison? Execute them? That's quite light if you ask meWould the creator of the game:A. Yes
A) Receive an alert for a ‘false epileptic warning’?
B) Receive a ban for one week?
C) Receive a permanent ban?
B. No
C. No
Also if a project is intentionally designed to harm epileptic people the owner might be permanently banned
*For a “False elliptic warning”

I don't understand, also A is no because it's hard to determine if a game contains fake warnings or not. They said yes to a simple warning. Is that not light? How is a permanent ban light? I think the irony in this is that my comment is actually the original version of that comment (a full version of that comment can be found here) and yet in the end, I chose support because you can report them for a false epileptic warning. They said yes to a simple warning. Is that not light? How is a permanent ban light? What else do you do? Throw them in prison? Execute them? That's quite light if you ask meWould the creator of the game:A. Yes

How would anyone who's eliptic or non-eliptic know that there is an option? I never go on account settings to check out for updates, neither will they. The truth hurts, but this is still a duplicate.TrueThis looks like a decent suggestion that would be useful in many circumstances. However, this is a duplicate.I think the following quote from the original post is unique enough from the other topic to not be a duplicate:There should also be a tickbox that says “I'm epileptic” when creating an account, if you tick it, you are banned from using projects with flashing light, this option can be toggled after the creation of the account

err dupe https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/574336/?page=1#post-6157637To quote @sharkode:
-snip- I added all the stuffs like extra rules and an “I'm epileptic” option and made the epileptic warning compulsory for projects with flashing light, that one is just an option to add an epileptic warning.(I didn't make this suggestion of course, I'm just quoting something they said.)

Epileptic warnings
Behind all the random April Fools' Day posts that flooded the Forums, behind all the statues people made for Chiroyce, there was a suggestion. A suggestion that suggested epileptic warnings (AND ISN'T A DUPLICATE).
In conclusion…
Bump!
