Footer added, now Privacy Policy and Rules are on every page.
Loading dot at the bottom right, it uses Tailwind CSS animate-ping. Using Firefox DevTools and the Throttle mode in Network tools you can try it for yourself if you have really fast internet.

Like you can have a repo about the collab with source code, and link it with scratchinfo collabs, so someone can make a change, and upload it to scratchinfo, and then a pull request would be made.

You should replace the buttons on like the login page with <form> elements and event.preventDefault(). Then people can submit the forms by pressing the enter key and it's better for accessibility. It's really annoying when i go to press enter on the login page and it doesn't do anything
