People can however, do a DCMA takedown request if they do not want their asset being used. As far as I know, Minecraft hasn't done a thing about scratch based Minecraft projects.

MANY painstaking hours of work and tons of bug testing, it's incredible hard

We can't really tell you how to make Minecraft, it's a complicated question with lots of long processes. You'll need to do some 3d raycasting, and some data management and save systems.
