Hi;

I am a student teacher and have been teaching Scratch, one of my pupils has created a Scratch account at home but cannot now access his account.
They have tried resetting the password but they have not received an email. I have advised them that they may have entered an incorrect password when they set up the account?

Is there a way to reset an account and change an email address without losing all of their work??
