i realised that if the y or the x axis change then it becommes a oval can you help me with this also?

There's no such thing as a camera in scratch like in other game engines
But you could use this block to rotate everything in your scene:

While true that Scratch doesn't have cameras, that is why you must create variables to “simulate” camera motions. Kind of an odd choice, but I guess that makes sense that you must code literally “EVERYTHING” in Scratch. Including any camera rotations. It may be possible to do, but would require maths to get the desired “camera” effect.
