Of course it is, this is an idea. The current 403 page is an edit of the extremely old version of the 404 page.

The current 403 page is the browser default.
Idea:

I guess the current page looks fine (which is the browser default) but I guess this would suit Scratch more.

What exactly do you mean by this? Do you mean the current 403 error, or some of the concepts here?
